It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid travel documents (passport, visas), vaccinations, insurance, and compliance with local laws of destinations. Any fines, delays or issues arising due to non-compliance are the traveler’s responsibility.

We may provide health advisories; but you should consult local health authorities or your doctor. You must disclose health conditions that could materially affect the trip or require special arrangements.

For services we do not directly operate (hotels, carriers, local guides), separate terms of those providers apply. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundarban Travel Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or travel services. Our total liability for direct loss is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the relevant booking.

We will process refunds per the package terms and payment provider timelines. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.

Users must not misuse the site (spam, scrape, hack) or post illegal/offensive content while interacting with our services. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by competent courts in Kolkata, India, unless parties agree otherwise.
